To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日同阿瑜行TST,特地到重慶大廈搵食,佢推介呢間餐廳,所以一於試下~ 我地2人都點左個土耳其卡巴卷 $40/2件, 我點左羊肉,幾有BBQ風味~BBQ燒汁,JUSICY 個皮熱騰騰,有少少脆,不過唔會好熱氣的感覺!見到個賣相,已經急不及待扲起佢,大口大口吃呀!!!中間有好多新鮮的生菜仲發現中間有好多沙律醬tim,入味入味,不太油膩!口感很好,我地點呢款卷,仲有牛肉及雞肉tim,不過個menu一粒中文字都無...哈哈~ 呢個土耳其卡巴卷用錫紙包住,而且幾大個呢! 但講到座位,就唔係好多,桌子係摺桌.都係全部坐晒0係走廊,有好多人食呀~但睇落去環境都clean,不過全部客人都唔係本地人,全是印度人/土耳其人! 不過見到menu 的食物價錢唔係好便宜,不過由真正的土耳其人製作食物,價錢一定不太便宜也合理的見到有款炒飯$45, mango drink $12 ,salad $45, 服務態度不錯! 不過當日在重慶大廈,想搵返個香港人影也沒有@ o @
