因疫症關係都好少同朋友出去食飯,但我都會一個月有一兩次同朋友食下飯傾下計,今次我地去左銅鑼灣食越南菜。呢間餐廳我之前食過質素又掂,今次餐牌加入左一些新菜式,又多左種類選擇。清淡荔枝味又唔會太甜。軟殼蟹紙米卷,外面一層薄薄的皮包住,皮好煙韌裏面有生菜軟殼蟹粉絲紅蘿蔔絲包住好有咬口,沾上醬汁特別美味。大蝦柚子沙律,蝦好陣牙沙律菜好fresh又爽脆又碧綠,配上柚子肉口應又美味。特色牛湯粉有生熟牛肉,牛坑腩,牛筋片,牛柏葉,牛腩邊等。非常大碗配料又多,湯底又香濃河粉滑。
