當晚跟一大班舊朋友相約在the one晚飯,選址就在the point,因為地方比較寬敞,而且pizza方便分享,最適合我們大伙兒聚首。首先當然少不了要有蔬菜,這份合桃梨沙律,開胃得來又不怕單調,當中有新鮮梨片及梨汁,非常鮮甜,然後亦有粒粒香脆的合桃,即使不太喜歡蔬菜亦會因為那梨汁的甜蜜而愛上。另外還有芝士蕃茄作前菜,一件件的水牛芝士配上橄檻油、pepper及醋,再配合蕃茄便覺清新開胃。這個雞棒的肉量比較少,是一口的bite size,外皮炸過,所以是香脆的。這個肉丸真的有驚喜!宜家家私的肉丸向來是眾人的首選,但這個卻完全能媲美!肉丸完全不會死實實,而是鬆軟綿綿的,咬下去會在口中濺出肉汁!配合濃濃而帶微酸的蕃茄醬,雖然會飽肚但卻令人停不住口!其實前菜及小食整體都沒太大的驚喜,反而意粉出人意表!沒想過平平無奇的牛肋肉貝殼粉會如此出色,超級大愛那牛味濃濃的醬汁,貝殼粉又煮得軟硬適中,牛肋肉已切成粒狀,進食方便,軟腍入味又juicy!另外的大蝦意粉同樣驚人!大蝦當然是大隻的,不過肉質不夠彈牙,但意粉沾滿了蝦膏味濃的醬汁,鮮味十足!然後到主角pizza!我們點了一份鵝肝及一份三文魚溫泉蛋piz

個人是鵝肝控,所以比較喜歡鵝肝pizza的足料,除了中心一大片厚厚的鵝肝之外,pizza上亦有不少鵝肝粒,在麵粉味突出的pizza底上,有鵝肝的油脂香,以甜醋中和鵝肝的膩,配搭十分得宜!

燒春雞的外皮香料味濃,香草的香氣撲鼻,雞肉沒有很突出,反而旁邊的3款醬汁,令人有衝動想直接當湯飲!
有泰式芒果醬,在平日泰式的酸辣醬中添加了芒果的甜,效果十分出眾,一個醬汁齊集甜酸辣,非常清新!
然後蘑菇醬是怕辣的人的至愛吧!它根本濃得有如濃縮了十倍的蘑菇湯,非常香滑creamy,但當中亦有蘑菇粒增添了口感。
最後一個意式蕃茄醬,不是不好吃,但相對前兩款就沒有這麼特出了。
來到甜品環節都仍然是pizza,因為這裡有甜pizza的啊!不過甜pizza的size就比鹹的要細,每份只可分4件左右。
甜pizza以生果為主,我們選了橙、香蕉及梨,全部都隨附一大球韌滑的雲尼拿雪糕。

tiramisu跟外面的不同,有點似affagato的玩法,底層放滿ladys finger及軟滑的mascarpone芝士,上面有雪糕,淋入咖啡後,ladys finger會吸入咖啡變為蛋糕的濕潤口感。

特別之處就是,它比一般的latte來得更濃、更滑!而且平日點凍咖啡,味道都會被冰所沖淡,這個用上咖啡做冰,便可避免高煩惱,咖啡控不能錯過!

當晚大家由前菜到甜品都沒有失望過,食物價錢又合理,份量又足夠多人分享,下次聚會可能都會再選這裡!
