To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

聚賭的一期一會,一班豬朋狗友在小的家中大肆搗亂,為了不再無日無之最後只叫外買,咱們約定賭局於晚上八時多結束,然後便去打邊爐。小的事先查考,稻香之宵夜火鍋放題八時半開始,不過於八時以前便要在門外排隊輪候。至於海港火鍋則沒有放題,但晚上八時半則開始宵夜時段的派籌,九時入席。既然自己向來不賭,只當個佣人阿四,不若八時先行離家排隊去。然而老伴堅持不肯,結果算死草利用他刮穿了的人脈,成功在海港預留了宵夜時段的座位,讓大伙兒可一同前往。與算死草吃飯,燒鵝是不能缺少的選擇。可是這隻海港出品的燒鵝外表大大隻,裡頭卻是肥得發慌。燒鵝在脆皮之內其實沒有許多肉,幾乎大半都是肥膏。食材質素麻麻,而且廚師的烤焗亦做得非常一般,是小的近期所吃最差的出品。至於火鍋其實大部份餐廳都提供相類的食物,最重要的是她們的湯底與醬料。朋友們揀的菇菌湯底彷彿非常健康,為打邊爐的罪疚稍作平衡。至於醬料方面海港提供一自助醬吧,醬料各式其色:大紅椒、沙爹醬、蒜蓉辣椒醋、胡麻醬、蘿蔔蓉、葱花、生蒜、甜豉油、鎮江醋⋯⋯應有盡有。以小的愛醬的性情當然是一碗又一碗地來個多功能、不同組別之混醬大雜匯。得悉小的愛辣,廠長好友更特意介紹一隻獨特的海

豪賭過後飢腸轆轆,咱們一行六人點了超多美食。健康一點有生菜、黃芽白與粟米,另外則有魚腐、松露蝦丸、墨魚滑、響鈴、貢丸、豬肉丸、雲吞、蜜糖腸加炸魚皮⋯⋯

蔬菜與及許多作為預製品的食材毋須評價,她們的自家製松露丸、雲吞與墨魚滑都做得頗夠水準,那碟牛蒡豬肉丸尤為出色,吃著竟有牛肉的滋味。由於廠長不吃牛,一啖入口給赫怕了。小的吃之也認為有牛的成份,只是餐牌明明寫著這是豬。或許那都是化學調製的產品,裡頭根本無肉,只有粉團與人造食素兼化學調味料。市民不經不覺地吃著這麼多的化學製品,難怪總要個個生癌,只差遲或早的問題。

然而太多的顧慮與擔擾人生那來歡樂?酒肉朋友,食了再講!吃火鍋又豈可無酒?廠長與小的酒逢自己,點了兩瓶日清啤酒舉杯暢飲。姐姐捧了一筒冰與啤酒來,以為只有酒而無開瓶器?原來現今的冰筒已兼容開瓶器,小的孤陋寡聞,得廠長提醒才大開眼界。至於另一群不太好酒的朋友則叫了一枝橙汁。以為橙汁是玻璃瓶裝的品牌果汁?如今餐廳也懶得造作,幹脆給一枝韓國品牌的橙汁,大家開心方便。

肥牛的品質似乎不錯,但為了廠長,咱們只叫一碟,另加黑毛豬。至於海鮮方面尚有海蝦與筒蠔,海蝦是非常生猛,入鍋時尚自瘋狂掙扎,場面慘不忍睹,小的別過眼掩耳盜鈴,最後吃之卻覺異常新鮮。只是在新鮮以外忘不了那剪不斷理還亂的絲絲罪孽。筒蠔也是不錯,這一陣子老伴愛上了蠔,當大眾在尾聲時段已然太飽,小的特意多分他一隻。
