四月上旬非因著老店之名開分店而慕名而來,純粹因為路過聞到出爐蛋撻香,走去望望下發現皮邊焗得金黃帶點燶,爐溫夠熱蛋撻該鬆化好吃。阿姐問要唔要袋,環保一點拿著吃就好了,蛋撻上手還熱辣辣的,傳統牛油皮不算厚,邊位吃起來鬆化可口,可惜底皮底雖薄卻是偏腍,收$3較樓下街市貴$0.5然而質素卻不俗,薄薄牛油香加上甜蛋漿的化學作用,實在美味,泰昌賣$4.5(折扣價),這裡出品就顯得有良心多了。
