Restaurant: Tim Ho Wan, the Dim-Sum Specialists

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 旅行回來,一家人拉著行李約8時25分到達,告之九點last order,覺得時間上還可以使坐下!order完上菜還剩兩種點心未上到了差不多9時,已叫埋單,並告之9時20分會關門。吓!還差兩種點心都可以9時20分食完,便埋了單。店員見所有在座的食客巳經全部埋了單,便叫“細佬,開漂白水拖地!”那位“细佬”開始拖地時,濃烈的漂白水味漫延到我張枱,令人食唔落並且我開始聞到咳。我家人唯有立即order外賣盒將剩下的食物帶走。那位比外賣盒的阿姐店員不停催比錢,揾散紙都要時間,阿姐店員應該我地好想長留在這充滿濃烈漂白水味的店铺繼續用餐!!!打包完畢便立即走!食物質素還可以,但店舖的行事及員工的熊度令人不會回頭!!!
