To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

聯和墟庭軒一敘早餐篇--平平無奇

20170222--是日又揾地方食早餐，近近地到庭軒一敘，店內地方寬闊，一個人坐4人的卡位，舒適。點了豬扒米粉配火腿煎蛋麵包+奶茶($32)奶茶先到，個杯好像專業奶茶，但味道只是一般，不香不滑，茶味不足。不久，豬扒米粉上桌，賣相很清淡，豬扒也切好了，三小件，味道平平無奇，火腿略煎，煎蛋有點黑黑的，相信是鑊濃，麵包也令人提不起興趣。埋單:$32，庭軒一敘在聯和墟這個小區有兩間分店，另一間在帝庭軒，兩次光顧也是吃早餐，味道也不怎麼樣，早餐食物平平無奇，如對比附近食肆的早餐，有點被比下去了。但每次也見店內很多客人，也許有其他食物較吸引。
