To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 叫左常餐,有煎蛋,送来荷包蛋,問職員我要煎蛋(佢話熟蛋,是熟,煎蛋是荷包蛋,我落order 是煎蛋要熟的,已不同佢理論,因為不是該職員寫ORDER.)但最離譜佢用手拿起方包,望下隻蛋,用落ORDER. 用執枱的手係兩隻'手指'夾起方包,望底下隻蛋)這方面衛生大家接受到嗎? (已未想到去廁所有冇洗手,或者埋單收银隻手的用途)出外食飯一向不要預有甚麼衛生。但當面表演手指夾包,真的第一次見。反正45元食個常餐,筲箕灣大把選擇。不用光顧 試一次得個知。
