To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最近多咗唔少日式燒肉餐廳開張，今日encore燒肉Like 食， 之前食過覺得肉嘅質素相對唔錯，睇吓有無keep 到水準壽喜燒牛小排&牛五花套餐200g首先可以選温泉玉子或者生蛋， 建議要生蛋，因為生蛋漿可以即時為牛肉冷卻及令牛肉更為滑溜可口。再可以選迷你泡菜或沙律，感覺沙律係好食啲嘅。然後選細，中或大嘅飯量， 因應個人胃口，唔好浪費。同時可以再加點飲品或其他單點。 牛小排輕燒兩面， 已經可以食。牛味夠，牛脂好香， 好食。牛五花同樣油脂豐腴， 但食落口唔會膩，滿滿嘅肉感，真係好幸福另外叫咗個牛五花套餐300g自己控制火喉，啖啖都係烤肉，真係好正！

壽喜燒牛小排&牛五花套餐200g
首先可以選温泉玉子或者生蛋， 建議要生蛋，因為生蛋漿可以即時為牛肉冷卻及令牛肉更為滑溜可口。
再可以選迷你泡菜或沙律，感覺沙律係好食啲嘅。然後選細，中或大嘅飯量， 因應個人胃口，唔好浪費。同時可以再加點飲品或其他單點。 牛小排輕燒兩面， 已經可以食。牛味夠，牛脂好香， 好食。牛五花同樣油脂豐腴， 但食落口唔會膩，滿滿嘅肉感，真係好幸福
