中秋佳節,見上次咁正就同家人再嚟。第二次嚟新多寶來食海鮮,今次第一味餸就係蒜蓉粉絲蒸扇貝,基本嘢扇貝蒜蓉粉絲蒸好食冇得頂。 自己煮都唔會太差嘅餸,咁蒸嘅時間恰到好處唔靭堇熟呢方面就係一間食海鮮就唔會令大家失望。另一味就係薑蔥炒蠔啦,好多餐廳呢就會比好多玻璃芡,咁我鍾意呢間嘢佢個芡唔多。喂!我係食蠔唔係嚟食芡㗎嘛,咁先係食海鮮囉。另一味呢就係佢嘅咕嚕肉,非常驚喜豬肉用料新鮮就好基本,而最驚喜嘅係佢嘅炸粉做得好薄,變咗佢咬落去呢唔會好油又唔會好多粉非常吹口完全感受到佢外脆內嫩嘅功夫。跟住我問佢:喂!蝦轆點 整好啊?哦佢話佢出名豉油往下錄喎~ 咁試吓啦!頂!真係冇得頂㗎喎蝦腸內裝調乾淨晒揸到外殼趣博博豉油又唔會太鹹食落去真係可以連殼都食埋!大大隻好味。最後最後最後今日呢就人多鮑魚炒飯!唔好講笑^_^呢兜嘢我就食咗一半啊!我唔知你去買一鍋夠唔夠食喎!
