作為鏞記嘅常客,一定必點佢地嘅招牌燒鵝。夏天燒鵝嘅皮下脂肪通常比冬天少,肉質相對會較乾身,不過,今日隻鵝肥瘦兼宜,好好食。我地仲叫左一品雛鵝煲、南乳香酥小排骨、滑蛋炒蝦仁同百花釀蟹鉗,雛鵝煲真係好味,小排骨夠香口但我覺得偏乾咗少少;滑蛋炒蝦仁雖然係家常菜式,但要做得好並唔容易,今次呢碟嫩滑有蛋香,相當唔錯。裝修後鏞記更有味道,可能因為落雨客人無預期多,唔需要等位,非常幸運。
