阿媽叫大家今晚回巢食住家飯,我即時飛奔去斬料加餸!老豆話想食燒鵝,我啱啱喺太古城做完嘢,於是就坐地鐵落西灣河阿爺燒鵝,由地鐵站行過去都好近! 雖然未到晚飯時段,我見到鋪頭已經坐咗好多客。廚窗掛咗一排大大隻燒鵝,幾壯觀吓!因為老豆鍾意食鵝脾, 我特登買咗一份下庄嚟試吓,真係好大隻髀喎, 裝滿成個盒!close up睇下,皮薄啖啖肉!我見到個廚櫃仲掛有叉燒、燒排骨、腩仔、切雞、油雞同埋乳豬,樣樣都似啱啱出爐咁。我加買咗盒脆皮腩仔,要讚個師傅細心有要求,我見到個盒特登開咗個窿抖氣,唔會焗住濕氣搞到個脆皮淋哂!腩仔真係做到脆皮效果喎,肉質唔韌, 兩層肉之間夾住薄薄一片脂肪,一啲都唔嚡口!
