To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有朋友介紹呢間餐廳，於是去試下食。見到個餐牌就即刻想叫個脆皮豬手、牛扒，每個餐都包餐湯。等左15-20分鐘左右，終於主菜終於黎左。脆皮豬手一上黎，見到好豐富，因為除了主菜，碟上有幾種配菜，有薯蓉、酸青瓜、酸椰菜等等。豬手睇樣就知道整得好脆口，每一件都好大件，我都忍不住要食左先，皮脆之餘，豬手肉都好有肉汁、好滑，唔會因爲皮脆而令肉質變乾，非常好食。👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻接下來就係牛扒，呢個牛扒配上芝士焗薯。牛扒都煎得剛剛好，口感都好嬾滑。而個焗薯都好有濃厚芝士，都十分不錯。

接下來就係牛扒，呢個牛扒配上芝士焗薯。
牛扒都煎得剛剛好，口感都好嬾滑。

而個焗薯都好有濃厚芝士，都十分不錯。
