以一道搶鏡嘅海膽杯打響名堂嘅S2 Kitchen,雖然鋪仔細細,食客依然不絕,其實一直想嚟好耐,都未有名目,卒之趁剛表姨甥女出新書,食番餐日本菜賀一賀佢,希望佢本講本土小動物嘅繪本圖冊能大賣。S2地址就寫威靈頓街,實際鋪面開晌石板街第二截,有少少隱身晌啲小檔口後面,不過,小弟返開中環工,當然一啲都唔難搵。晌街角,已經睇見佢哋張進化版十層海膽杯海報,夠晒吸精。推開趟門入內,居酒屋枱局,細細間,柔和嘅燈光,又坐滿客人,氣氛熾熱。我哋揀坐晌吧位,全程可欣賞到師傅做菜,雖然不停有落單,但見幾位師傅做菜有條不紊,神氣自若。既然成間居酒屋,日本酒、清酒自不然唔少得,就連頭頂都貼上唔酒盒做裝修。不過,唔太飲酒都唔喺問題,後面仲有啲果實油及多款日本果汁汽水供選擇。然而,講到有咩食,真喺比想像中多,仲諗住佢細細間居酒屋,選擇會集中啲。十層海膽杯故然喺依度嘅名物,此外,仲有沙律、佐酒小食、刺身、壽司、卷物、爐端燒、飯麵……等等,概略有超過80菜式。嫌太多搞到花多眼亂,牆上幾塊螢光黑板:樂師傅推介及S2人氣之選,相信幫到患有選擇困難症嘅朋友。十層海膽杯 $398雖然大家都好熟,都簡介紹吓,以燒白飯魚薄片做裝

、北海道紫海膽、松葉蟹肉、北海道紫海膽、鮮海帶碎,一層疊一層,賣相吸引,集多種食材嘅鮮味,但又有唔同嘅口感,真喺「鮮」下手為強,啖啖原鮮味。前後三層海膽,喜歡海膽嘅朋友一定可以滿足晒。

牛油果帆立貝洋風沙律 $168

喺師傅推介菜式之一,以一個小鐵鍋盛載,份外有型格。顧名思義,就喺以牛油果及帆立貝做主材料,加點火箭菜及車厘茄,淋上欖橄油及蜜糖,因為㗳落味道甜甜哋,可平衡番火箭菜嘅苦味,再放上兩瓣海膽做裝飾。牛油果同帆立貝嘅份量可不少,前者夠熟夠腍,而後者喺刺身級質素,鮮甜且柔軟,綿香嘅海膽更有畫龍點睛之效,整體既可作為一道清新嘅前菜

費為人氣之選第3位,睇吓喺唔喺咁架勢,因為,都未食過近八十蚊一隻雞翼。因為坐晌吧位,可以睇到師傅做菜,即叫即燒,灑鹽落爐,但真喺幾人氣,睇住師傅成晚燒咗唔少隻。

雞翼去晒骨,包實片鮑魚,所以,入口啖啖肉。雞翼非常香脆,肉質嫩滑多汁,鮑魚煙韌有咬口,所以,口感一柔一韌好有趣,不過,食起嚟清酒味就唔太強。

又一道師傅推介菜式,仲夾埋創作為賣點,一客有兩件,賣相其實普普通通,特別在於口感,以鹹香嘅燒白飯魚薄片夾住黏糯嘅壽司飯,一脆一軟,再鋪上油潤嘅三文魚粒粒,以及卜卜脆嘅蟹籽,聽落口感都豐富啦,食落當然哋切身嘅感受!再晌個沙律醬方面玩啲花款,如蜜糖芥末沙律醬、柚子沙律醬……等等,就更貫徹創作嘅概念。

反卷捲住嘅喺普通嘅玉子同蟹柳,以為淨喺玩吓火搞吓花臣嘢,其實,件卷物其實相當好食,因為上面再放上帆立貝及海膽,加埋半溶嘅芝士及卜卜脆蟹籽,塗上日式燒汁及沙律醬,入口口感及味道均極具層次
,食材之間各有發揮,無話太過搶邊個鏡。

食到尾聲搵個飯麵墊肚,但師傅話有道新菜,喺搵啲蒟蒻麵做,從未聽過有啲咁嘢,令人好奇想試。嚟到就知點解個名改得咗迷幻「雪海板上飄」,因為透過利用乾冰做出大量霧氣,超有意境

木盒盛載嘅就喺蒟蒻冷麵,幼身到有啲似意大利嘅天使麵,唔算好彈牙,但冷涼清爽,晌製作時已見到師傅淋上薄身唔太重味嘅秋葵汁。此外,伴食嘅仲有店家招牌嘅海膽及黑松露醬,令食味多添一份幽香感,兼且,份量真唔少,夠3個人食呀!

晌S2消費真喺唔便宜,但食得出用料靚,做菜有創意,而且,喺賣相方面落足心機,確喺抵讚嘅。招呼方面亦唔錯,成晚幫我哋換咗好多次碟,仲有,晌官方FB打卡,有雪米糍送添
