鐵板燒牛喺日本流行左好多年,但一直都唔覺得香港有類似嘅鋪頭,最近呢段時間,切開咗好多間連鎖嘅自助鐵板燒牛👍🏻 今日早左放工,見冇乜人排隊就叫咗兩個餐試吓。呢間鋪頭係叫咗個牛扒,上枱嘅時候只有一成熟,自己決定擺喺塊鐵板到幾耐,就可以決定佢嘅熟嘅程度。另外提一提,湯同埋沙律係無限任加,自助形式。我地叫咗一個牛肩扒$80 (180g)同埋牛柳$110 (200g),其實都唔係太識分有咩分別,牛肩扒食落去就係林啲鬆軟啲,因為牛柳我哋整左5成熟左右,所以都好好食。價錢黎講絕對勁高CP,又抵食又大份,不過成日都要排隊,所以可能下次擇少人d時段再黎幫襯😁
