To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

自助餐抵食

由石門港鐵站 C出口行去 cafe 都算易行，行咗 10分鐘，見到惠康超市就到，之後再上2 條扶手電梯就到，唔算難搵。今日去 momo cafe 係食自助晚餐，今日早到咗，已經見到有人等緊入座。一入到去好大，行咗一圈，好多嘢食。今次任食熱龍蝦，龍蝦好大隻，好新鮮，好多膏。而且有4種醬汁，雖然有試配，但覺得最好都係原味最好味。而且佢甜品好多款，我覺得最好係有職員幫你攞，會比較衛生。職員都算多，而且收碟速度快，helpful 。如果下次有機會會再去，想試下 lunch 。
