To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

很多美食，超級好美凍海鮮有 : 龍蝦鉗，生蠔，海蝦，大頭蝦，清口，長腳蚧清蒸龍蝦每次蒸一籠，想食要早去排隊，每人半只，數夠人數後要等下轉。清酒鮑魚一樣要排隊，不是人人有，只出一次 ！！！刺身推薦劍魚，赤蝦甜品有很多款式，都很美味不過食龍蝦一點都不好，好像要跟人搶一樣，每次都要排隊，量也不多，那麼多人一整晚下來共攞了3次(1只半)。這裏也沒有羊扒，真的很失望更失望的是0830先開始出的梳乎理，比我食過的都差！！！
