To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上次吃過紅磡「四哥車仔麵」的海南雞鷄飯雖然令我念念不忘，不過今日試吓車仔麵，因為放工去到已經過咗六點，唯有外賣返屋企食，男店員好有禮貌咁叫我坐低等一等，另一邊見到老闆娘好勤力咁包緊雲吞。約等咗大約5分鐘就拎得都幾快手。揀咗三餸車仔麵$38 送熱飲一杯。蘿蔔、牛筋、雲吞配幼麵蘿蔔炆得唔夠淋，食落仲係索索聲牛筋又稔亦軟滑廣東云吞，餡料是豬肉和蝦，比例上是七比三，味道和口感也是一般，勝在系自家製作，加點誠意分。幼麵浸住10分鐘左右已經變稔，雖然話係一個麵餅但食落去感覺幾多，份量足、足飽肚。熱柚子蜜味道正常。
