平時會與同事係「雲壽司」買午餐外賣,今次都係第一次夜晚坐低食,店子不是很大,但有卡位及壽司吧枱位,座位都幾舒適。我點咗:🍣特上壽司拼盤$268共有10件手握壽司,吞拿魚腩、深海池魚🐟、牡丹蝦🦐、赤貝、海膽、三文魚籽、火炙左口魚邊、鯖魚、魴鮄魚、蔥吞拿魚腩壽司🍣。性價比高,這組合裏面有齊我很喜歡的魚類。肥美嘅蔥吞拿魚腩及新鮮脹卜卜嘅三文魚子,連埋壽司米及紫菜一齊食,味道豐富;赤貝亦爽口彈牙。同事就點咗廚師發板:👨‍🍳翔SHO$380 (包括10件手握壽司🍣、手卷及麵豉湯)廚師安排了伊佐木、海膽✨、秋刀魚、赤鮭、大托羅、銀鱈魚、梭子魚、吞拿魚面肉、鰹魚、鮫鲽魚及蔥吞拿魚腩手卷,好豐富。同事説刺身很新鮮,尤其係大托羅肉質細緻鮮美;秋刀魚及鰹魚則魚香味濃,師傅刺身在上用火槍烤至半熟,味道上更添層次,配埋壽司米放入口中,好滿足😋。
