To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

若果半夜還在荃灣, 又想醫肚, 好經常地我會想起他們做的奶油脆豬是晚亦不例外, 點了一個常餐有大路得不能再大路的沙嗲牛麵, 不好吃亦不難吃耳熟能詳的火腿庵列, 蛋皮偏厚, 不夠滑溜最常點的餐飲熱華田, 華田要好味, 味粉不能落得太少, 煉奶比例要恰到好處, 這一杯算合格縱然以上的都只是普普通通, 吸引我的, 其實只有一分為二的奶油脆豬, 麵飽夠大, 即叫即做, 至於鬆脆程度, 則要碰運氣, 師父心情變幻莫測, 有時外脆內軟非常討好, 有時相距甚"軟"不予置評, 今晚的, 非常合心意
