To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 香港仔除了之前光榮結業的山窿謝記之外,其實香港仔南記都好出名的。因為星期日要到香港仔上堂的關係,所以有機會來試食這間人氣爆燈的食店。不過如果你要來食,就要避開星期日的下午和晚上的繁忙時段了。通常我都係上完堂四點幾左右過來食的,而且每次都係食同一款,哈哈!因為我係一個好專一的食家,愛上了的就會次次也食,而且食極也不厭惡,就好似我日日的早餐都是同一款食物一樣,對於我而言,不是什麼問題。我最愛就是這裡的豬腩肉小窩米線 (小辣),哈哈,因為我真係好鍾意食肥肉的!由於我不是太食得辣,每次食豬腩肉小窩米線,也要小辣,希望可以保持到原有的風味,又唔會辣親自己。我這個豬腩肉小窩米線雖然是小辣,整個湯底仍然是橙紅色的,個樣就真係好辣,不過大家可以放心,我食到的已經唔辣架喇!我最欣賞就是這裡的米線,煮過朋線的朋友都知道,時間控制好緊要,一不小心,就會煮得過火,變得肥大和腍晒,但係呢度的米線真係煮得好好,本身的米線可能已經是比較高質素,吃起來仍然爽滑,不會過硬或過軟,真係好難得的米線!至於啖啖肉的豬腩肉,就真係好腍好入味,其實食落都有點像豬頸肉,不過唔緊要,兩樣都係我鍾意食的部位。而伴菜係有好多好多的腐竹,

我這個豬腩肉小窩米線雖然是小辣,整個湯底仍然是橙紅色的,個樣就真係好辣,不過大家可以放心,我食到的已經唔辣架喇!我最欣賞就是這裡的米線,煮過朋線的朋友都知道,時間控制好緊要,一不小心,就會煮得過火,變得肥大和腍晒,但係呢度的米線真係煮得好好,本身的米線可能已經是比較高質素,吃起來仍然爽滑,不會過硬或過軟,真係好難得的米線!

至於啖啖肉的豬腩肉,就真係好腍好入味,其實食落都有點像豬頸肉,不過唔緊要,兩樣都係我鍾意食的部位。而伴菜係有好多好多的腐竹,芽菜和酸菜,雖然只是伴菜但係腐竹很新鮮,很有豆味,正!酸菜比平時的大件,而且有甜味,不錯不錯。加上一杯不過甜的豆漿,是最好的配搭!

由於上環已經開了分店,我下次不用等到去香港仔先有得食,嘻嘻!
