To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 至愛茶餐。。。「金記冰室」自從香港仔有「金記冰室」進註後，我已經變咗常客，因為地方大超快有位，加上自助落單，簡單快捷。這裡的茶餐亦都系我心水「沙嗲牛肉麵」「炒蛋配多士」$50 價錢合理，天氣咁熱不能缺凍飲加$3 凍駌鴦「沙嗲牛肉麵」麪質略硬，要等多陣，浸多陣先食得；沙嗲牛肉煮得好食，牛肉夠稔又香，沙嗲醬混有花生醬香，超惹味，份量又足，食完已半飽。「炒蛋配多士」炒蛋鮮黃，蛋香嫩滑，份量亦不少，多士正常水準。「凍鴛鴦」少冰，但係都吾少冰。奶多香滑，茶啡平衡得準確，幾啱我口味。

 麪質略硬，要等多陣，浸多陣先食得；沙嗲牛肉煮得好食，牛肉夠稔又香，沙嗲醬混有花生醬香，超惹味，份量又足，食完已半飽。
