.📍香港粉麵📍香港灣仔謝斐道138-146號建利大廈地下2號舖這次去了一間傳統的香港粉麵店,老闆和店員都十分熱情好客,而且他們的餐具都印有大廚的logo 淨牛腩(80hkd)牛腩用的是崩沙腩,肉質軟而入味,但也不會太軟爛,還是會有根膜的咬勁,炆的很剛好,墊底的生菜吸飽湯汁完全不能放過😂麻辣手撕雞撈幼麵(43hkd)手撕雞的雞肉很嫩,口感一點也不乾柴,不過麵是真的會辣🥵建議大家要加點個飲料解解辣😂招牌三寶(59hkd)我個人最推薦的是招牌三寶,裏面有手工製作的雲吞、水餃和鯪魚球,每粒水餃跟雲吞都有2,3顆蝦子,超級大方😍鯪魚球沒有碎骨也不會腥,另外我強烈建議大家要喝完整個湯,老闆說是無添加味精,用金華火腿熬製而成,所以味道很鮮,重口人士也不用怕會太寡淡🥰#foodiblum港式
