瀧宴,份於銅鑼灣糖街,餐廳走高格調日式鐵板燒路線,環境舒適優雅。餐廳服務確實一流,上每一碟菜都會細心講解,建議進食方法先後次序等等,賓至如歸的感覺。提前網上訂座,更有折扣優惠,物超所值。餐廳上每一碟菜都好似一幅藝術品,擺盤相當精美。前菜自家製醬汁煮南非鮑魚,鮑魚超級入味,軟嫩,連擺盤下面配菜粒蘿蔔都好好食。海鮮茶碗蒸,有別於一般茶碗蒸,海鮮比較濃,而且鮮甜。主菜有澳洲龍蝦,廚師傑作先將龍蝦膏挑出,鐵板燒龍蝦肉時再擺回龍蝦膏,味道超濃,龍蝦肉新鮮彈牙。香煎鵝肝配多士,鵝肝入口即溶,多士脆卜卜好食。美國頂級牛柳,有齊薄燒及厚切,牛肉味濃,厚切多汁、薄切配香蔥,口感味道不同。炒什菜,大大粒芽菜,脆嫩多汁好好食。
