星期二同朋友尼食晚飯,叫左鎮江骨湯麵--有4件長長地既排骨,味道同我食開既有的唔同,外面食既鎮江骨通常係比較深色同甜酸味偏甜,但呢度既骨係比較淺色同埋酸味重的,我覺得有的似梅子蒸排骨既味道,但都幾好味.湯麵係幼身上海麵,麵質都幾彈,份量都有若碗半正常飯碗既量.芋頭糕--好正,一碟有2件約3吋x3吋x3/4吋高既四方形,見到有好多芋頭粒,初時以為麵粉一定比較多會好實,但點知食落係好似用芋蓉+麵粉+芋頭粒+臘肉去整,所以口感唔會硬掘掘,而係好粉好有口感好正.我同朋友都讚.還有一個叫鳳凰炒腸粉,其實係普通蝦米腸粉加蛋加些乾蔥頭去炒,加些豉油同芝麻一齊食都幾好味,原本再想食甜品,但3樣野都好飽喇,所以留番下次.
