To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 早前同男朋友屋企人去左慈雲山中心食Lunch,見有間新開的型格餐廳,所以入左去試試。店內的裝飾非常現代,唔似一般餐廳的Design。男朋友要左份漫泉蛋焗咖哩牛坑腩飯。黎到的時候,見到芝士高低起伏,係剛出爐的現象。將匙羹一插,就見到流心的蛋黃。不過飯底有待改進,如果係炒飯底,並乾身少少會更好。另外,蕃茄味可以更濃。另外,身為芝士迷的我就叫左一份芝士雞球豐盛脆麵。個麵等左30分鐘到先上到枱。一見到炸麵底的份量不禁嘩了一聲。另外,芝士雞球的芝士汁係超級濃郁!食落其實都可以,不過一個人真係食唔落了,兩個女仔應該剛好。另外,屋企人叫左一份香煎雞扒•滷肉燥•滷水蛋飯。雞扒都煎得幾香,滷水味還可以 。不過肉燥份量多少少黎撈飯,會更正。==============================鍾意我的分享的,我邀請你訂閲我的食評,我會繼續與大家繼續吃掉世界,甚至吃掉整個宇宙!(哈哈)
