To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

又是星期日沒有工人的時間，這天不想走太遠，便光顧其中一間我們住太子較熟悉的店鋪:花園街的山東餃子店。太太算是這店鋪的長期支持者。第一，它的餃子算是多款式，有不同種類的餃，除了豬，還有牛及羊肉，除了菠菜，還有椰菜或津白。第二，它還有其他上海菜，例如這天我點的雞絲粉皮，雖然未必有＜翡翠拉麵＞的水準，但這種菜不是茶餐廳可製作出來。另外有荳沙鍋餅，也是不錯的甜品選擇。第三，不是所有餃子店都有奶茶沖!豆漿它一定有，但更有奶茶咖啡。食上海麵麵有咖啡飲，就如吃點心有奶茶飲一樣過癮。只想批評它的環境較狹窄，離門口最遠的一張枱太近店員收集碗筷的膠盤，不太衞生。
