同區搵餐廳見到新開嘅燒肉店,殿堂の燒肉。見到係單點燒肉,燒肉の鬼馬上去試吓。刺身和牛他他 擺盤好用心,將生蛋穿開,然後配搭自己喜歡嘅材料:蔥花,京蔥,Wasabi,鹽,青檸。溝埋真係好好食最後食塊薑片,清清個味蕾。法式鵝肝多士鵝肝配上蘋果好清新,而且減少油膩感。大阪城和牛4點盛合一上枱已經好誇張,有三款日本和牛,三角腩,和牛肋條等。店員話呢個係殿堂級推介,用日本直送嘅和牛做嘅精選😍另外有我最喜歡嘅厚牛舌,設計好得意可以用個夾夾檸檬汁唔使整污糟隻手。大蜆冷麵呢個又係值得一題嘅佳作,超大隻蜆,已經好打卡,配上掛湯既調味,非常開胃。牛油果軟殼蟹沙律勁大隻軟殼蟹,牛油果裝着醬汁,感覺幾新穎,食完咁多和牛,舒服晒。仲有叫咗小食味淋網燒魚乾,芥末秋葵車厘茄漬,都唔錯呀。
