To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢間香港歷史悠久既主打英國菜及all day breakfast既悠閑cafe! 今晚去開金鐘，呢間係商廈入面，所以收工後唔會多人，感覺更悠閒寫意。餐廳沿用英倫工業風嘅裝修，點少得架英倫單車擺設，更顯特色，影相打卡都好正。當然必點brick lane full English All Day Breakfast，份量十足，配料豐富，包括兩隻雞蛋、煙三文魚、豬血腸、肉腸、火腿、煙肉、約克郡布丁、番茄和薯餅，食到好飽飽😂，食完飽到all day.另一款推介嘅係軟殼蟹咸蛋意大利麵呢款一上枱就已經聞到香濃鹹蛋味，軟殼蟹🦀炸得夠鬆脆，兩者配搭一流，好Creamy 。真心推介😆，好好食。Red Velvet Cakes紅絲絨蛋糕，蛋糕外型好美觀，餐廳嘅主打甜品。食落去有raspberry 嘅酸酸甜甜，面頭仲有朵玫瑰花點綴，感覺好浪漫，忌廉芝士又夠軟綿。另一款試咗佢哋金鐘店限定嘅開心果慕絲蛋糕，青綠色嘅外型，食落去開心果味都突出，唔會太甜膩，飯後甜品啱晒。
