假日遊西貢,除左海鮮,特別想食西餐嘅~沿住海旁行,見到呢間餐廳,一睇到個名--- Camden Town同英國underground嘅標誌, 喺英國讀書嗰幾年啲回憶即刻浮晒出來, 好懷念啊~呢間餐廳出名fish n' chips, 某旅遊雜誌都介紹過架,於是一試~餐廳本身座位有限,門口有帳篷加設枱櫈,不過食客都係源源不絕枱接枱,所以都要有心理準備等位需一定時間,加上樓面得兩位店員,你會見佢地忙到你都唔好意思催佢地,所以等食,都要耐心啲,而餐廳都好均真咁寫明食物要時間烹調,起碼要等30分鐘,要食就唔好催。今日雖然唔熱,但是始終未到冬天,老闆好貼心咁喺每張枱後面加設座地風扇緩緩地吹風,令大家食住炸野都唔會覺得好熱。招牌菜,炸魚薯條,有大份(三件魚)同細份(兩件魚)任君選擇。新鮮熱辣~外層香脆,炸漿不會過厚,跟魚柳肉緊貼唔甩殼,唔會皮肉分開,好好味。魚柳肉味豐富,肉質滑溜好新鮮又唔腥,感覺唔係用frozen fillet.薯條係厚實形,雖然唔係我杯茶但係都好新鮮。最正係有香港少人用嘅salt and vinegar, 呢個配搭都係去左英國讀書先知, 好英國啊~芝士焗大啡菇大啡菇+芝士+煙肉粒

芝士焗大啡菇

大啡菇+芝士+煙肉粒, 根本就係無敵,仲要熱辣辣喺焗爐拎出來,唔會唔好食啦~要讚嘅係,餐廳懂得隱惡揚善,保留到大菇嘅菌香和水份但唔會過濕,亦沒有菇菌嘅草腥味,適量配搭芝士煙肉,味道不會過咸,讚啊

黑松露白汁野菌意粉

扁意粉配搭白汁雜菌,口感一流,加入黑松露醬散發獨有香味,只係略嫌過於辛辣,唔知係咪一時重手落多左pepper呢?

總體算唔錯,坐門外仲可以帶埋狗仔一齊來添架
