To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

鱔糊粗炒 $71之前喺其他店食過成碟鱔糊得三四條鱔絲，但係榮華川就做得好足料，本身上海麵好吸油，所以好多地方都炒到好油，但呢兩個最大容易發生嘅問題榮華川都無，食到連d汁都清埋，真係整得好好食🤤.小籠包 $32小籠包皮比較厚，夾嘅時候無咩壓力唔洗好驚佢穿左會漏汁，肉既調味就同其他店比較有少少唔同，所以味道有d特別唔多慣 ，不過個湯汁好好飲，整體黎講一般～.擔擔鍋麵 $68擔擔麵隻味唔似平時食開辣辣哋嗰隻，反而個酸味重d🤔.總結，大推大家可以試鱔糊粗炒好好食😍小籠包肉普通但湯好飲，平均黎講一般，而佢擔擔麵隻味同出面好多間都唔同，味道偏酸又唔辣～
