響旺角的食肆多數係火鍋、日本野、CAFE,有時都想食下港式小菜。鼎記早午係茶餐廳的型式,晚市提供小炒同串燒,另外燒味都係餐廳主打。菜式的種類太多了,睇下店員有咩心水推介,響內面揀咗一啲串燒、一個菜同一個肉類的小菜,要做到均衡飲食。七味雞軟骨($16/串):每一舊雞軟骨都燒到好香脆,灑上香辣的七味,一定要第一串食黎開下個胃。孜然牛肉串($16/串):牛肉的香比孜然的味道更濃,完全唔會被蓋過。孜然羊肉串($16/串):有孜然的配合,唔會好勁羊羶味。孜然雞中翼($18/串):外面超脆,加埋芝麻同孜然調味,非常野味,雞翼又超嫩滑,真係可以食多幾串。蜜糖燒雞全翼($18/隻):外皮無雞中翼咁脆,淡淡的蜜糖唔會輸比濃味的孜然。蒜蓉焗娃娃菜($38)呢個娃娃菜太驚訝啦,每一塊都係爽脆清甜的,唔係好似平時食個啲好軟身,粉絲索哂牛油同蒜蓉的味道,娃娃菜可以平衡串燒的油膩。拔絲咕嚕肉($78)擺盤靚到好似去酒樓食小菜咁,咕嚕肉每塊都軟滑到唔洗用力咬,外皮炸到外脆內軟,配合酸酸甜甜的咕嚕汁,每一舊都可以拉絲。青紅黃椒都唔可以錯過,加埋用火焫過的菠蘿,清甜多汁,仲用黎當飯後果。飲品有很多選擇,天氣太熱,就揀啲

凍洛神花茶($16):內面有一塊檸檬,濃味偏酸唔甜,飲落發現同串燒都好夾。
凍咸檸梳打($16):梳打就無七喜咁甜,咸咸酸酸的口味好醒胃。

呢餐好正啊,老闆好NICE比咗少少辣酒煮花螺我地試下,佢地試緊菜,希望我地比啲意見。老闆介紹的黯然銷魂出前一丁都好想試下,下次要搵個早上黎食。
