To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

荃灣小小不起眼的茶餐廳，座位非常窄。餐牌都係大致普通茶餐廳既碟頭飯，焗飯，炒飯、粉麵咁。呢日夜晚放工唔知食乜好，又眼訓，諗住是是但但，快快食完就回家休息。見餐牌有刀削麵，就醒起另一間位於荃灣幾多人排隊既刀削麵，都好耐冇食，試下茶餐廳出品既刀削麵啦！最後揀左滑雞灌湯刀削麵。湯底佢話係用中藥材料煲，滋補養顏！一於試試！麵一到就聞到好香當歸味，第一時間緊係飲啖湯先啦，都幾有中藥材味，味道幾好，但飲得出有落重味精都雞件份量合理，都幾滑，刀削麵水準幾好，麵質同另外一間出名刀削麵差唔多竟然！麵份量就好多，食得好飽。$52 價錢尚可接受，但環境好唔舒適，坐得好辛苦
