To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

冇諗過食一間普通嘅茶室或者冰廳會有咁回味無窮嘅享受，經過荔枝角同埋長沙灣嘅朋友，返工返學一族都要留意，呢間皇室冰廳絕對係平靚正選擇！呢度嘅晚餐真係超平呀，除咗有精選套餐逢星期一至日都唔同之外，仲有獨立嘅晚餐，自己想食乜嗌乜隨便揀。一條豉汁黃立倉都係60幾蚊落到樓，仲有靚湯白飯嘢飲送，個飯仲要裝滿。黃立倉蒸得剛剛好，上面嘅豉汁辣椒夠我用嚟送飯，豆豉好香，配埋嫩口的魚肉，正中下懷，個胃好似得到釋放一樣，好正。另外我哋仲叫咗黃金避風塘炒雞球，炒得好香，雞肉熱辣辣，加上避風塘炒法，重口味得令人難以抗拒。
