To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前10次有9次都係食白咖喱豬扒飯,不過我近排經常帶飯,感覺如果放假午餐出街都係食飯,實在悶極無聊,於是試吓叫白咖喱豬扒拉麵,拉麵質地普通,當然不像拉麵店那些粗條沾麵那粗質彈牙,不過份量都算多,而且不算是幼弱冇力那款麵條。 佢湯底除咗本身豬骨味,加了少許白咖喱混入去,就好像有點沙嗲的感覺,不過現在的豬扒,醃得比較勁,有點兒像太多醃肉粉或是梳打粉, 軟林得完全沒有質感,味道亦都欠奉,不過叫做有啲香茅以及醃料喺面頭,不至於沒有味道的肉類。鐵板蔥油雞扒煎蛋飯,這比較似我平時會叫嘅菜式,雞扒都算鮮嫩,即使放在鐵板上,亦都沒有弄到特別熟到完全咬唔開那種,煎蛋亦都是剛剛好,蛋黃呈流質郁吓郁吓的模樣,蔥油帶點甜味,也算是相當美好的。炸饅頭亦都挺為出色,細細個,每邊都相當翠香的饅頭,配上煉奶,那有小朋友大人不喜歡,不過就是扭計不吃,那都沒有辦法。另外的炸雞翼幾大隻,外皮比較厚實香脆,因此顯得內裏的肉不算太多,味道普通沒有特別。荔枝紅茶寒天波波,這些紅茶,未到就只像維他那些紙盒茶,味道當然普通,不過寒天波波都有啲似貢茶那種寒天精球, 彈牙爽口,不太人造的感覺。王仍然屹立不到,竟然在原位裝修,將兩張卡位擺

彈牙爽口,不太人造的感覺。王仍然屹立不到,竟然在原位裝修,將兩張卡位擺埋一齊喺中間,中間沒有隔板,咁樣就可以坐得多啲人,咁都俾佢諗到,佢可以坐多啲客人,客人唔介意嘅話,坐埋一齊又唔算係個擠迫,不過舒適度就冇咁
