To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

每次去荃灣都唔想喺大商場食連鎖店今次就openrice下見到呢間鐵板牛決定lunch time去試試去到大約12點左右已經有幾張枱要排我地兩個人都係食美國安格斯雪花牛係定食黎，配白飯，野菜同飲品我就加咗錢轉烏冬成個板燒黎到之後，待應姐姐會叫你先燒菇類咁我地都跟佢指示，先燒菇，後燒肉菇同南瓜都新鮮，好食嘅而雪花牛我都係兩面輕輕煎兩下就食真係好juicy，點埋丁丁鹽，牛味好出我自己就覺得唔洗點汁，淨係鹽都夠味當然如果食開重口味都可以試試我自己食嘢食得慢，個火熄咗兩三次食到最後一塊個火又熄咗但待應們都好好，主動幫手加番火另外我地仲叫咗個炸雞軟骨餃子因為係鐵板上，所以好keep到熱食到最後都仲熱辣辣，脆卜卜呢樣嘢對我呢啲對溫度有要求嘅人真係好滿足
