大鴻輝中心喺香港人心目中都係出名多美食,雖然而家疫情未過,但呢度嘅電梯大堂依然係人頭湧湧。位處頂樓嘅廿一前,等候人流依然絡繹不絕,可見人氣十足。火鍋湯底有免費,亦有另外加錢嘅選擇,我加咗$98試咗個養生花膠雞湯,另外加$98搭配一個黑松露牛乳湯。花膠雞湯個人十分鐘意,入面有超多嚿花膠,膠質十足,鮮雞牙出嚟嘅雞湯不濃不淡,作為湯底平行得非常好。黑松露湯就比較重口味,個人認為甚至乎唔需要點豉油。想任食呢度嘅牛肩胛同埋海鮮每位要加$128,個人認為都十分值得去加,雪花滿滿嘅牛肉非常搶眼,另外牛肩胛嘅牛味十分突出,有別於一般肥牛,口感亦非常爽口。呢度嘅海鮮拼盤種類就有生蠔,海蝦,帶子同埋墨魚仔,真係每一款都係熱門嘅海鮮選擇。
