To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

  一直以黎都好多人推薦既呢間日式小店初見，平時成日都要排隊，好多人推薦佢地既鍋物同埋石燒吉列牛。除左呢類日式食物之外，佢地仲有啲西式啲既意粉同意大利飯。今次黎到就試左試佢地既最出名既香草吉列牛！加套餐仲會包埋湯、刺身同埋飲品～  #eateateatin荃灣 #eateateatin旺角  1⃣️初見香草吉列牛（$138）（+$2轉讚岐烏冬）（+$38升級套餐） 香草吉列牛比較薄切，食落唔算特別有驚喜，面頭炸衣薄脆，香草味冇望落咁突出。可以自己係石板上將吉列牛燒到自己鍾意既熟度，有得挽有得食，都唔錯～仲有一隻糖心蛋👍烏冬就冇乜特別，湯底係豚骨湯底。另外升級做套餐有三文魚、鯛魚同埋帶子刺身，另外仲有南瓜湯同餐飲，都幾抵食😋  2⃣️照燒豬軟骨豚骨湯拉麵（$70） 拉麵湯底係普通平時出面既街坊日式小店feel，豬軟骨有兩大件。  3⃣️日式咖喱吉列豬扒配白飯（$80）（+$38升級套餐） 吉列豬扒都大塊同厚既，咖喱汁味道係唔錯既不過偏稀。  4⃣️初之特選小食拼盤（$98） 小食拼盤有甘栗紫薯餅、明太子雞翼、雞軟骨餃子、章魚燒。當中最鍾意既係明太子雞翼，中間釀滿明太子餡😳外面炸得香脆。好好食！
