三陂坊開左間新既潮式菜館,見門面同店面風格都幾古裝下,加上一早去到未有人,唔使排隊,於是就試下喇。打開餐牌,見有傳統既潮菜,亦都有d新潮菜式。傳統鴨蛋煎蠔烙:半煎炸的蠔烙,好香脆好食。蠔烙大大塊,蠔仔好肥美,好新鮮,亦唔會話得幾隻咁少,每一啖都食到好肥好鮮既蠔仔。小米餃:個皮精瑩通透,好似蝦餃咁靚,食落個皮比蝦餃皮更有𡁻頭、煙煙韌韌。餡就好似魚皮餃,幾有趣的。火焰辣酒煮醉螺:個湯汁好正,同花螺勁夾。你咪睇煲野細細,花螺都好多嫁。叫埋啤酒,一邊食一邊飲啤酒,無得頂。
