荃灣三坡坊有好多潮州打冷菜館, 同好多夠道地嘅大排檔餐館, 有冷氣, 環境企理, 好多選擇; 係三坡坊籃球場最左手邊最入一間叫醉潮館餐廳, 雖然舖頭細細, 但裝修好似古代客棧, 坐既係木椅, 一張張木檯, 最特別的是餐牌用「本草湯目」為題嘅舊式書籍為賣相, 入面係佢啲燉湯, 很有心思! 餐牌菜式都多新穎。今晚我地去到時唔係好多人, 到7:00左右已經係全場滿坐, 好熱鬧, 服務方面個個樓面都好好禮貌。我地要咗三個小菜, 蜜桃咕嚕肉, 紅燒籠中乳鴿及辣酒煮花螺。蜜桃咕嚕肉 - $88咕嚕肉真係由細食到大, 屋企大時大節媽咪都會整下, 看似簡單, 但工序多, 所以基本上出去食飯見到都會叫。呢間嘅咕嚕肉真係喜出望外, 外面層皮完全唔厚, 薄薄地又夠脆, 真係脆呀! 而肉亦唔會痴牙, 夠彈牙爽口, 份量又多, 啖啖肉! 咕嚕肉一啲都唔肥又唔會太瘦而硬漰漰咁, 岩岩好; 咕嚕汁都一樣岩岩好包住肉就好足夠, 酸酸甜甜, 而且用上蜜桃比起平時菠蘿更加好味。紅燒籠中乳鴿 - $68/隻上菜用一個半開嘅鳥籠, 個賣相已經好靚, 一隻乳鴿開4小份, 乳鴿皮係脆到咬落去會有聲, 炸到啱啱好, 皮簿又脆口,

紅燒籠中乳鴿 - $68/隻
上菜用一個半開嘅鳥籠, 個賣相已經好靚, 一隻乳鴿開4小份, 乳鴿皮係脆到咬落去會有聲, 炸到啱啱好, 皮簿又脆口, 好香口, 內裡好juicy超多肉汁, 又嫩滑, 乳鴿大細啱啱好, 啖啖肉正。

辣酒煮花螺 - $118
花螺爽口彈牙, 肉質鮮甜, 每粒都浸滿辣汁, 仲有淡淡酒香, 味蕾充滿刺激。花螺都已經除厴, 又煮得啱啱好, 上菜時用小鍋用火再翻熱, 用長簽輕輕挑出來就食得; 個辣汁濃得嚟唔算好辣, 係又香又少麻又小辣, 好食, 佐酒一流。
