今次去的居酒屋是位於長沙灣道尾,距離荔枝角港鐵站不遠。居酒屋沒有傳統的紅燈籠及日本幡的裝飾,但仍有濃厚的新派日本食肆風格。門口放著很多的洋酒及傳統的日式酒類。我們來到時已經滿座,等了一會才有吧枱前的位置。師傅後面除了擺放一些碗碟等餐具外,上面還放了些壽司刀,很有氣勢。已經是時候開餐,我們點了一些人氣的和食。先是甚有氣勢的金丼‧月見海膽三文魚籽拖羅蓉,一上來就叫人眼前一亮。一層滿滿的三文魚籽,覆蓋著金飯碗內的蟹肉及飯,中間用拖羅蓉築起了高臺,頂上用海膽圍繞著一隻生雞蛋黃(月見)。食時口感層次分明,生雞蛋黃有種黏稠的感覺,拖羅蓉清甜,更顯得海膽的鮮味,三文魚籽有爆汁的口感,而碗內的蟹肉及飯又有著另一種鹹香的味道,瞬間味蕾就有著不同的感受。金龍珠海膽吞拿魚蓉卷,壽司捲著的海膽及吞拿魚蓉味鮮可口,一共有四件,其中兩件還有月見(生雞蛋黃)。金酒杯,杯內放著松葉蟹肉、拖羅蓉、海膽及三文魚籽,另備有紫菜片以供自己包著杯內食物來食。粟米脆餅壽司‧和牛三文魚籽,和牛超大塊,肉汁豐富,入口即溶。配以大大粒的三文魚籽及香脆的粟米脆餅,又另有一番滋味。串燒計有西班牙豬肋條一件、自家製雞皮蝦兩件及厚燒牛舌心一件
