To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

約左朋友食Lunch補祝生日🎂因為佢响ICC 返工所以近近地响ELEMENTS食，佢提議食呢間燒肉又高質，lunch set 價錢又抵，咁我就Book位啦～點知當日早上掛八號風球，問一問燒肉店都係如常營業，真好彩，唔洗改期，由於朋友八號風球不用上班，我地仲可以慢慢食，唔洗趕添🫢🫢我地點了日替未來牛4點 和 未來牛西冷Lunch set 有沙律、麵豉湯和飯朋友話「燒肉火蔵KAGURA」憑自家北海道 Oakleaf 農場養飼的未來牛，兩度攞左「米芝蓮美食推介」仲正過和牛嫁！我第一次食未來牛，肉味比和牛濃厚，西冷灑上日本鹽，已經夠哂味架喇👍🏻👍🏻因為今次係慶祝生日我book枱時都順便問下有冇甜品可以order for 慶生，職員話得雪糕，所以我自己帶左蛋糕🎂切餅費，按人頭計，每位$20，我覺得合理，响ELEMENT 呢個價錢食到咁高質既燒肉，值得再來😀

我第一次食未來牛，肉味比和牛濃厚，
西冷灑上日本鹽，已經夠哂味架喇👍🏻👍🏻

職員話得雪糕，所以我自己帶左蛋糕🎂
