本來只是经過, 但看到客人所吃的risotto 吸引, 於是進去一試此店。 服務员印象值得一讚。面带笑容, 通常只在酒店四五星酒店才有。 服務员推介特別off menu 菜式。可是我們不太餓, 所以並沒有興趣。之後他知道我們不是太餓也推介duck breast mini salad, home made iced tea 及 pan fried risotto. 這個salad 味道不算得上好味, 因為偏甜dressing 不合我胃口。 但令我surprise 係紅菜頭汁 beetroot 染透入菠蘿粒, 即係紅色菠蘿。 特別。home made iced tea...甜度適中, 茶滑, 酸度温和。 好飲。 risotto 就真係好味, 鹹度剛好, 有點煎香米飯味道。 吃完很滿足。而且胃口也打開了。於是再加单truffle pizza. 此味道偏鹹及油。但香口。 若配啤酒是绝配。 Overall, this meal is above average and out of my expectation. I will patronize it again.
