週四晚約了數名好友聚餐,首度到訪一間日式燒肉店「牛禪」。餐廳裝潢和風味不算特別重,地方整潔,座處亦算舒適。到訪燒肉店最怕煙燻氣味重,此店首個给予的印象則沒此問題,抽風系統效能不錯。是日佳餚由好友發辦,筆者可全心全意品酒閒談,並可帶着驚喜期待的心情等待每一道美食到來。一班好友聚首,美酒當然不可或缺。撇除啤酒不說,大家分別開了一支清酒及一小支梅酒。久保田吟釀原酒雖酒精濃度有十九度,口味濃烈,但因出品醇厚,味道帶甜,對於少喝清酒的筆者來說仍算易於入口。至於梅奶宿梅酒鶯梅梅酒,酒香及甜酸味道共冶一爐,味道較清酒豐富。於酒中加冰,把濃縮的味道稍作調和,口味更平易近人。筆者酒量淺,為免買醉,還是多點一杯巨人之峰味平衡一下。顧名思義,飲品以巨峰提子汁為主,再添以梳打水製成,提子汽水的味道,未算很特別。一枱美酒,佐酒小吃當然亦不能少。枝豆是常見而有益的佐酒小吃,一手拿起,豆身微暖,輕輕一按,豆粒隨即彈出,筆者都幾喜歡枝豆的味道。雞泡魚乾亦是常出現於日本料理的小吃,食味頗甜,口感剛好不過韌。最為驚喜的小吃是鱈魚乾,一條條長長的鱈魚乾,口感非常酥脆,味道遠比預期吸引。筆者一條駁一條吃,令人慾罷不能。最後一
