江南美食一般在商場或商廈樓上舖肆較多, 難得在銅鑼灣區鬧市有街店,這天經過江浙滬,就去吃個午飯。 在門外展示的大餐牌,圖文並茂,包括涼菜、小菜、點心、 飯/麵/年糕、甜品,多達百款,而且價錢相宜。金陵鹽水鴨 $66 ~我吃上海菜常點醉雞作第一道菜,喜歡口感清涼有酒香又醒胃,今次卻選了鹽水鴨。 鴨肉圓滿地置於放在大碟中央 ,肉質堅挺卻不失嫩滑,鹽水帶出鹹鮮的鴨香,很有風味。鮮肉小籠包(4隻) $46~吃上海菜小籠包幾乎必選。這小籠包的皮不算薄,但勝在夾起不易散。饀料肉質頗滑溜,湯汁味鮮。乾煎黃魚(2條) $98 ~個人偏好少醬汁的食物,這乾煎黃魚正合口味。 魚身鋪滿金蒜 ,外皮金黃香脆,肉質卻保持白滑濕潤!地方不算很大但座位不少,而且有卡座, 方便二人午飯聊天。
