1/ 竹炭麵包配海膽醬🍞
新鮮海膽磨製而成既海膽醬配上烤過既竹炭麵包, 頓時令整個麵包軟化, 食落海膽醬汁滿滿👍🏾

2/ 四點刺身🍱
時令刺生會係上菜既時候先知有咩, 今日我地就係以下:
- 油甘魚🐠
肥大厚切, 肉質細緻而嫩滑, 十分美味☺️
- 牡丹蝦🦐
味道好creamy而且黏口, 仲帶住海洋既味道, 而蝦頭主要食蝦膏, 味道甘鮮😋店員有講到如果唔想生食蝦頭可以選擇拎去煲湯飲👍🏾
- 拖羅🐟
油膩感超重, 纖維分明, 好快就融化左係口內😊
- 海膽
比較啖味, 但亦係一個好開始去迎接之後落嚟唔同既海膽

3/ 火炙帶子海膽手卷🍣
有兩款唔同海膽種類既手卷, 分別係白膽同紫膽
白膽 - 比較啖身, 質感比紫膽淋
紫膽 - 相對濃味, 而且比較廷身
手卷底一部同樣係有帶子係下方, 口感超級軟腍, 鮮味十足, 相比之下, 我認為紫膽配食呢個手卷比較合適, 食落好飽滿😍

4/ 海膽炸豆腐🫘
同樣分開白同紫海膽, 而炸豆腐內係海鮮同黃豆混合而成, 超級軟滑!外皮炸得好薄, 相當有技巧需要拿捏到合適嘅時間去烹調👍🏾👍🏾

5/ 波士頓龍蝦配海膽醬🦞
原隻龍蝦上配上海膽加龍蝦膏炒成碎上, 而龍蝦肉已一早剪件, 所以我哋完全唔需要自行再切去細分, 好方便超級加分!
龍蝦肉質彈牙配上海膽龍蝦膏, 兩種質感同味道一齊進食, 味道令人讚嘆👍🏾

6/ 海膽魚子醬帶子意粉🍝
三樣名貴食材配襯意粉, 但估唔到意粉一啲都唔輸蝕, 好彈牙入味, 亦同樣地有唔同嘅質感, 口感味道同樣豐富👍🏾

7/ 海膽茶碗蒸🍳
第一次食海膽做嘅茶碗蒸, 相當奢華!燉海膽蛋非常滑溜!

8/ 海膽雪糕🍦
去到最後一樣甜品, 同樣係海膽做主題, 配上雲呢拿雪糕, 冰凍Creamy😋

我地除左叫呢個餐之外, 另外我地仲叫左支鈴塵川 純大吟釀($368), 店員就住我地今日想飲既口味去推介呢款酒比我地, 飲後十分正確👍🏾
容易入口, 帶甜而整個酒唔會好乾, 有種果味包住個口😋

最後不得不提係依間餐廳嘅店員好細心而且非常有禮貌拍得住酒店餐廳嘅服務👍🏾👍🏾
