Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日一個人食lunch，因為天氣太熱，想食啲濕濕哋既嘢，而且之前朋友推介過，最後決定幫襯呢間既手攪麵！入到間舖，姐姐都好熱情有禮招呼、安排座位；好耐無食，對啲味道有點陌生，穩陣起見，揀咗八聚會D(有：滷大腸、滷牛肉、姥姥蛋、時菜、豆卜、粟米、韭菜、蘿蔔) 原味湯底手攪麵配辣菜脯，份量都足夠，清湯底加左辣菜脯，都有點辣，味道好，而麵底煙韌，配餸味道就屬一般。收錢時，姐姐仍然好好招呼，介紹食品，都會考慮下次再幫襯。
