這款叫布拉斯式鱈魚,上次都食過,今次再試,用上葡萄牙國菜嘅鹽漬鱈魚乾,加入洋蔥同切碎嘅炸薯仔絲,再用炒蛋包住,有啲似中式做法,但味道帶點獨特鹹香,鹹度剛好食得多都唔覺濃,再食多幾次都唔厭
