To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

在本土要找地道葡國菜不容易, 這一間葡國菜之前已有留意, 今次有信用卡推廣就乘機一試. 餐廳由蘭桂坊向上走不遠的大廈內,進到餐廳坐無席, 雖然地方不大, 但卻給人很優雅的感覺. 首先送來的是麵包及小食, 小食有黑松露加雞打成漿,配合麵包非常夾味。頭盤有四款包括沙甸魚, 蜆,蝦,牛肉,頭盤精心製作, 沙甸魚配麵包沒有腥味, 白酒香草煮蜆肥美鮮味, 茄汁辣蝦包含酸甜辣加上鮮味, 味道豐富. 牛肉粒配合汁煮剛好沒有羶味.主菜鴨肉飯是我最喜愛的, 因為鴨飯混合鴨味, 這味道沒有其他相類似的菜式可取代. 焗乳豬香脆口及豬味香濃配合米飯, 很是滿足. 甜品是新鮮熱辣葡撻,甜酒煮梨配紅莓都不太甜漏.全部菜式都很有水準的精心之作, 怪不得在這疫情期間還是坐無虛席
