To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 每次去葵廣苦惱唔知食咩好既時候，腦海中第一時間就會想到小雨天。貪佢大大份夠飽肚，不單是米線夠多，就連餸菜同配料都唔會吝嗇，是我的慳家首選。每次黎到，我都必定會選擇滑雞同雲耳小辣，雞肉入口軟滑，有別於平時食到既雞件，所以每次黎食都一定會點，至於雲耳就係個人喜好，哈哈。雖然性價比高，但不竟係一間車水馬龍既廉價餐廳，食物質素難以保持一致。就以今日為例，米線就煮得過時，少左一種彈牙既感覺，但$40既價錢，真的不敢太高要求。
